Description: "The Fayetteville International Folk Dancers (FIFD) is a recreational dance group open to all ages. International Folk Dancers share a love for the dances of many nations around the world. Folk dances can range from what could be called "village dances", which are done solely for the enjoyment of the dancers, to fully choreographed sets used in demonstrations and performances. During an evening's class, the teaching may jump from Bulgaria to Greece, Japan, Macedonia, Hungary, Russia, and Israel, just to name a few. The current repertoire has dances for over 50 countries and regions." -from www.fifd.org
